War is over (If You Want It) - John Lennon and Yoko Ono

A Droids Artworks painting depicting John and Yoko's 1969 protest against the Vietnam War. That same year Life magazine had published 'One Week's Dead' consisting of twelve pages of photographs showing the 242 young Americans killed between 28 May and 3 June. These poignant images form the background to this painting.

The canvas is fairly light and can be supported on just two screws in the wall. The length of screw protruding from the wall needs to be less than the thickness of the canvas.

How to look after your statement piece 'War Is Over'

It is advisable not to hang the painting of John Lennon and Yoko Ono in locations such as conservatories where they may be subjected to prolonged direct sunlight, and not above heat sources such as radiators.
